Here at The Blue Chip (Fomerly Jersey's Cheesesteaks) we specialize in serving over 15 different styles of cheesesteaks! Our most popular range from our Bad Daddy Secret BBQ Sauce, our spicy Jalapeno to our newest and one of our most popular Nacho Cheese Cheesesteak. We invite you to come up with your own specialty cheesesteak as we encourge you order off the menu too. Aside from our cheesesteaks, we serve hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. History

Established in 2008.
In early 2008, what started as vision, led 3 young individuals to many late night meetings at the office (Pop's kitchen table). After months of endless research, sleepless nights and much debate we formed the 'The Blue Chip' and settled on a location in San Jose's SoFa District.Jersey's Cheesesteaks relocated from Campbell to Downtown San Jose and had reently been placed on the market. We saw our opportunity to take over this business along with their famous cheesesteaks.We are a family owned business and we hope that you can stop in some time to check us out.

  Awesome place to watch sports! My brother and I were in town so we stopped by to watch the A's game. We found the place on yelp and it was money well spent. Huge delicious cheese steak and fries and TVs with games all around us. Wish we had a place just like it in Tampa, FL.

  This is THEEEEE spot!!! Regardless of what kind of fan you are, you want to come here for a energetic and family friendly environment. Great food, excellent drinks, best service. Screens are all over the place with every game or fight weather its UFC or Boxing. Rudy the owner treats everone like he has known you forever and has his heart and soul in his business to deliver a exceptional place to come. GO COWBOYS!!!
